Our guest management services are an essential part of our event management offering and ensure that your event or program runs smoothly and pleasantly. This starts with check-in and ticketing on site, including production or live printing of name badges, accreditation and a help desk for assistance. We also have our own pool of experienced, reliable hostesses. As part of our guest management, we take care of seating and the entire guest support on site, we offer an option to enter online feedback after the event and an online tool for reserving seating plans.
